Apoyamos la investigaci\u00f3n para la mejora de cultivos en \u00e1reas como la fitopatolog\u00eda, la gen\u00e9tica y la fisiolog\u00eda, entre otras, para cultivos como el arroz, la mandioca, el cacao, las jud\u00edas y los forrajes. Estas ediciones se han aplicado a las variedades de arroz Fedearroz 67, Llanura 11 y Os2017-165-31-20, y todos los objetivos se han validado mediante secuenciaci\u00f3n antes de proceder a la transformaci\u00f3n y las pruebas en invernadero. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00bb1_2,1_2&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_padding=\u00bb0px|||||\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1531\">\n<p data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1531\">Se han generado m\u00e1s de 1.000 l\u00edneas editadas para rasgos de enraizamiento profundo y fotosint\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<p data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1692\">Se est\u00e1n preparando cinco l\u00edneas para ensayos de campo, y la Os2017-165-31-20 ya ha mostrado un rendimiento superior en condiciones de invernadero y de campo confinado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1842\">\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1842\">Los ensayos con distintos niveles de nitr\u00f3geno revelaron que esta l\u00ednea mantiene un elevado n\u00famero de granos con 0-50% de nitr\u00f3geno, lo que sugiere una mayor eficiencia en el uso del nitr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1985\">\n<p data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1985\">En el caso de <strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1859\">OsHXK1<\/strong>, se confirmaron ediciones bial\u00e9licas en varias l\u00edneas, que ahora se est\u00e1n examinando para eliminar los transgenes antes de las pruebas de campo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2093\">\n<p data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2093\">Las l\u00edneas <strong data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"1998\">editadas con OsAUX1<\/strong> se est\u00e1n sometiendo actualmente a an\u00e1lisis moleculares.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243; La aprobaci\u00f3n reglamentaria de la l\u00ednea de alto rendimiento Os2017-165-31-20 est\u00e1 siendo revisada actualmente por el ICA de Colombia, y se espera una decisi\u00f3n para mediados de 2025.
